We mainly produce and process high-temperature alloys, nickel-based alloys, precision alloys, Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, titanium and other special alloys. The product types include forgings, plates, bars, seamless tubes, flange fittings and precision machined parts. Our existing production plant covers an area of 30,000 square meters and has 150 employees. Our production facilities include 2 sets of 500KG vacuum melting furnaces, 2 sets of 2T medium frequency induction furnaces, 2 sets of 500KG electroslag refining furnaces, 1 set of 20T hydraulic forging machine, 4 sets of 1T air hammers and 4 sets of advanced forging heating furnaces and heat treatment furnaces. We also have our own testing equipment for physical testing and chemical analysis, including spectral analysis, metallographic analysis, ultrasonic testing, hardness testing, impact testing, bending testing, room temperature and high temperature tensile testing.
