Hastelloy G 30 is a nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum-copper alloy. With higher chromium, added cobalt and tungsten, 2.4603 shows superior corrosion resistance to most other nickel and iron-based alloys in commercial phosphoric acids and complex environments with high oxidizing acids.
