Product Description

Nimonic 90 is a high-purity nickel-based superalloy renowned for its outstanding high-temperature strength, creep
resistance, and oxidation resistance. Developed as a precipitation-hardening alloy, it achieves its superior mechanical properties through precise heat treatment—including solution treatment and aging—which precipitates nano-scale γ' phase (Ni₃(Ti,Al)) to enhance strength and stability. The alloy is produced via vacuum induction melting (VIM) combined with electroslag remelting (ESR) for high cleanliness and uniform material composition, followed by precision processing to ensure accurate dimensions, smooth surfaces, and freedom from defects, suitable for various forming and machining needs.
